The machine can be used in Egg rooms for Destacking Empty hatcher trays or Stacking Full trays - In Chick Handling rooms for Destaking Empty hatcher trays or Stacking Full trays.		  
This system is designed to handle two or more setter trays at one time automatically. The Full Setter tray Extractor will remove all full setter trays from the farm trolley and load it directly onto a setter trolley.

The machine is designed to stack or destack at high capacity. Designed for in line handling of most types of boxes.     The machine will extract setter trays one by one or two by two or four by four, enabling a high capacity in a function that is otherwise considered highly labor intensive. The re-stacking unit reloads empty setter trays in line. Each machine can economize an operator. The machine is adapted to suit most types of setter trolleys.
