Egg Weighing System
     
 
     

The weighing system enables the automatic grading of hatching eggs into three main categories :

  • Under size grade eggs
  • Correct weight eggs for incubation
  • Over size grade eggs
  • The accuracy of weight data is +/- 0.4 gram.
     
Capacity : For egg grading on PETERSIME type trays : 210 trays/hour with 30 weight cells, +/- 30 000 eggs / hour

Capacity : 7 500 chicks per hour per lane
2 chicks/ducklings / sec./ lane  
 

Specially designed for one day old poultry products including ducklings and turkey poults. Gentle distribution arrangement by air.
Measurement scales : e = 2 gr. Precision + or - 15 gr. for up to 1 000 gr. of overall weights.
