The Automatic One Day Old Poultry Counter is designed to count & box poultry into compartment boxes.

Capacity:

One lane machine :

• 30 000 chicks / hour
• 10 000 turkey poults / hour
• 10 000 ducklings / hour

Dual lane machine :

• 60 000 chicks / hour
• 20 000 turkey poults / hour
• 20 000 ducklings / hour

All the machines have a digital display unit with automatic flock control with :

• number of flocks/day,
• flock ID,
• number of counts per box,
• number of chicks in last box.

All machines are built to incorporate hygiene features for easy wash down and maintenance with lift off protective sides & covers.

Simple and easy to use, the machines are built in stainless steel 304 and have an accuracy of 2-3 chicks per 1 000 over a 10 box count.
